I was meditating in the afternoon. I’d already spent a fair bit of time in meditation that morning, but I felt a call within to sit again.

Sitting alone in my room in Tiruvannamalai felt different to sitting in the Shrine Hall at the Ashram. Maybe it was the people? The silence? I’m not sure. But something about it was more inward.

I began meditating and then I fell asleep.

But I was still aware.

I could feel myself snoring. I could see myself sleeping. Something in me was watching it all happen. Then I woke up but nothing had changed.

Woah.

First time for everything, I guess.
